IT-300 is a high-capacity fully automatic Intelligent tower that can automatically control the reel in and reel out, adopting the first in and first out principle to ensure timely use of materials. The IT-300 is mainly used to store 13-inch reels with a thickness of 8mm. The machine is equipped with a mechanical arm that can rotate 0-360° to grab reels. The machine can be optionally connected to customer’s MES. Customers can use MES to control the reel in and reel out on the tower.

If the customer doesn’t have MES, they can purchase WMS software+server to independently use Intellignet tower. ● Warehouse management software can be customized to connects to customer’s ERP / MES production system, provides convenient fuzzy search function, rich management report, first-in first-out, end-of-day management, material optimal calculation and multi-warehouse classification, material distribution by station, continuous work order etc. |
