The machine is designed and developed to automatically test and package 0402 resistors. It features high testing accuracy, high automation, and high efficiency. The working speed varies depending on the specifications of different products (and is also related to the testing time).it consists of a vibratory feeder, a rotary indexing disc mechanism, an electrical testing unit, a rejection unit, an insertion unit, a tape packaging unit, a CCD inspection and sealing unit, a tape loading unit, a tape winding unit, an instrument unit, a control unit, and a frame section.

The testing device uses an electromagnet to lift and move the probe up and down to complete the product testing.

The feeding mechanism drives the carrier tape to move intermittently, and during the stop, the insertion mechanism places the OK products into the cavities of the carrier tape. At the CCD inspection position, the products in the carrier tape cavities can be inspected.

Interference factors affecting equipment stability:

Based on the technological requirements of the taping machine, conduct a preliminary technical analysis of the equipment's stability or existing interference factors, and infer the faults that will occur during the equipment's operation:

1. If the measured product's external dimensions exceed the tolerance range, it will cause the product to get stuck in the vibrating bowl and indexing disc, resulting in the interruption of product transportation, the equipment's shutdown and alarm, thus affecting the automatic operation state of the equipment.

2. The dimensions of the taping and top - tape should meet the dimensional tolerance requirements, and there should be no defective problems such as differences in side - hole and cavity dimensions, as well as shape deformation.

3. Issues regarding product size, and when the suction nozzle adheres to the product surface and implants the product into the tape during dynamic operation, it is prone to material turnover and jamming, causing protruding products in the tape.

4. The equipment must be cleaned, maintained, and serviced by a designated machine operator. Regularly check the usage of easily - damaged parts and replace them in a timely manner.

5. After the equipment is restarted or abnormally shut down and then restarted, all products inside the indexing disc will be kicked out into the clean material box.
