ZQ-6800 Inline PCBA cleaning machine is mainly developed for the cleaning of PCBA in the electronics manufacturing industry. It uses the industry's most advanced cleaning process “water-based liquid” for cleaning, achieving 99% cleaning and environmental protection. The machine consists of a cleaning system, a rinsing system, a drying system, a filtration system.

5.1 safe use of electricity 1. Use 3 phase 380V, 50HZ, and machine connect to earth. 2. The main power supply unit use Leakage protection switch.

5.2 Communication functions and operation system 1. Adopt touch panel or controlled PC + PLC, easy for operating and checking history breakdown record. 2. Design ECO mode for the machine control system: the machine equipped with light curtain sensor which will cut down the running of heating and pump running to realize save water and electric when no product cleaning. 3. Pump protection:Design lower chemical lever alarm protection. 4. Over-temperature protection: the heating parts will stop running when the temperature meet the setting parameter, the heating parts will run till it meet the setting parameter when the temperature is lower than it. 5. power-off protection:The machine Equipped with UPS system. 6. Equipped with emergence stop separately for inlet and outlet position, it can be stop when emergence happened. 7. 5.3 Power control system 1. Equipped with ECO mode. There is a sensor in entrance, The water and power supply will stop when there is no board pass-by in set time. 2. Pump protection: Protections occur when running in lower chemical. 3. Over temperature protection: The heating unit will stop work when it gets to the setting temperature. 4. Power-off protection: Equipped with UPS Standby-power- supply- system which will release the PCBA when power supply breakdown suddenly. 5. Equipped with emergency stop switch in entrance and exit to help cut down power supply when emergency happened.

9、waste water discharge and treatment 1、Based on chemical, concentration and flux type used at customer side,the rinsing water need to be test and analyze by 3rd party association to check whether it can pass the local discharge standard. 2、If the test result over the local standard, you can ask treatment company to deal with. 3、We also provide waste water treatment solution, for detail please refer to our sales. 4、when the COD of the rising water is between 300-600, it can be discharged directly by diluted with 1.5-3 times tap water.
